Email Activation Link is Expired - What to Do?

If you are a new user and find that your email activation link has expired, don't worry, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue.


At Alterna CX, activation links are valid for one hour. However, if the link has expired, you can regenerate a new activation link by following these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Alterna CX login page using the link provided in the email.
  2. Type E-Mail address, set the password  and click activate button
  3. If you see "email activation link is expired" message;
  4. Click on the "Resend activation link" option: Click on the "Resend activation link" option located below the login fields.
  5. Check your email: Check your email for a new activation link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
  6. Click on the activation link: Click on the activation link in the email to activate your account.
