How Topic List works?

The Topic Discovery Page is made up to 2 sections. Feedback List and Topic List.


Topic List


On the Topic List, you can view 

  • All Topics, 
    • on hover you can view feedback count and rate of topic compared to other topics, and sentiment distribution of topic
  • Smart Topics
  • Sentiment Filter

Based on your topic or subtopic filters, you can analyze feedback on the feedback list. 


Also, with the Sentiment filter, you can easily filter Positive, Negative, Neutral feedback.


Smart Topics

Almost 20% of feedback is not assigned to any topic model based on our research. 

Smart Topics include topics that are not assigned any topic by clustering feedback. It can contain multiple clusters, you can preview the words in them by hovering over the clusters!

On the smart topics, extra you can view the top phrases of topics. It provides information about clusters.
