The Impact Chart is a visual display that provides insights into the impact of customer feedback on your overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer experience. The chart is based on a topic model analysis of your customer feedback and displays the impact of individual topics on your NPS and customer experience.


The chart is color-coded to make it easy to identify the impact of individual topics. Positive impact is represented in green, negative impact is in red, The chart also displays the total number of comments for each topic and the percentage impact of each topic on your NPS.


By using the Impact Chart, you can quickly identify the topics that are driving positive or negative impacts on your NPS and customer experience. For example, if you notice a negative impact on your NPS and customer experience, you can use the chart to identify the topics that are driving the negative impact and take action to address those issues.

This feature allows users to simulate the experience of a driver using your product or service, and provides valuable insights into the customer experience from the driver's perspective.
